Hajj 2027 packages from Mumbai with Marhaba
Preparing for Hajj involves practical decisions as well as spiritual preparation. The length of your trip, accommodation and arrangements during the pilgrimage all deserve careful consideration. Marhaba Tours & Travels offers four Hajj 2027 options for pilgrims planning their journey with our team in Kurla West, Mumbai.
Our brochure brings these options together under Moallim Category II. A 20-day Short Deluxe package sits alongside three 40-day packages, making it easier to compare the time away and accommodation allocation before discussing your booking.
Choose a duration that fits your plans
The Long Silver package lists 10 nights at Rose Holiday Madinah Hotel or similar, 25 nights in Aziziyah and five nights in Mina camps. The Short Deluxe package lists 10 nights in Aziziyah, five nights in Mina camps and five nights at Rose Holiday Madinah Hotel or similar.
For the Long Deluxe package, the brochure allocates 15 nights in Aziziyah, five nights in Mina camps, 10 nights at Grand Al Massa Makkah Hotel and 10 nights at Rose Holiday Madinah Hotel or similar. The Long Premium package follows the same night allocation, with Hilton Makkah Tower and Pullman Zamzam Madina Hotel listed for the hotel stays.
Look beyond the package name
Compare the actual hotel and building stays when choosing your journey. The package tables show how accommodation differs, while the common inclusions cover return travel, ground transportation, Hajj visa, meals, laundry and religious guidance. The brochure also lists historical-site Ziyarat in Makkah and Madinah.
Hotel names and dates are tentative. Customized dates are available, so discuss your preferred travel window with the team before finalizing leave or connecting travel. Confirm any individual transport needs separately, as private transport is excluded.

Booking terms & cancellation policy

- Tour cost is based on Saudi Riyal calculations; any increase is payable by the pilgrim before departure.
- Dates and hotel names are tentative and may change without prior notice. Actual details will be announced 30 days before departure.
- Aziziyah stay is in 4–5 bed sharing, irrespective of selected sharing.
- The terms mention medical expenses for immunization before Hajj; confirm these arrangements and costs with the team.
- Travel outside the programme or group dates, and private taxi travel in Saudi Arabia, incur additional transportation charges and are subject to Ministry of Hajj rules.
- Once a visa is issued, the brochure states that cancellation and refunds are not available.
- The brochure states a cancellation fee of 20% of the booking amount for bookings cancelled 45 days before departure, and 50% within 45 days of departure. Confirm the applicable timing with the team before booking.
